Challenges and Solutions
Event Conceptualization and Branding Customization
The entire event was branded and the content was designed keeping in mind the Google design and brand guidelines.
The new facets included:
A platform that offered round the clock support and was easy to use for audience
Managing a global event with multiple speakers and diverse audiences from different countries posed unique challenges for the host. Multiple physical shoots, pre-recorded shoots in India and abroad (USA) in different formats were done and final edit preparation was done. In-slide integration of all the presenters with full graphics and transitions deployment was also done smoothly.
Find a platform that encouraged spontaneous engagement between the attendees and the speakers
Google wanted a platform that was readily manageable, easy to use and engaging for a new audience. Spalba offered that exact experience
All these features effectively engaged the audience.
Test or Dry Run:

The brief given to Spalba was to convert a physical event into virtual event in a week’s time and enhance the essence and audience experience in its fully digital avatar.
This format change came with novel considerations and elements that needed careful thought and planning.
The main question was: How were we to successfully capture, retain and enhance the essence and objectives of the Raisina Dialogue in a fully digital avatar?
The new facets included:

What we achieved
The conference saw a viewership of over 3.5 million impressions across ORF's social media handles, with 3500 individuals registered on our bespoke platform from across 96 countries.
It is rare to find a company that can deliver results without needing micro-management on the part of the organisers. The work ethic of the Spalba team made it a pleasure to work and collaborate with them for the Raisina Dialogue. Team Spalba’s positive disposition and solution-driven attitude were, indeed, very welcome qualities”
